Order acceptance occurs only at the time of dispatch of your product(s). In cases of partial dispatch, only the dispatched portion is considered accepted. If you have provided an email address or phone number, we will notify you of both order confirmation and dispatch.

Blue Boost aims to offer competitive pricing but does not guarantee the lowest price in any region. Prices and availability may change without prior notice. Blue Boost may fulfil orders through its network of vendors. Promotional prices apply only for the duration specified and for limited stock. Promo codes cannot be refunded once used.
All products sold on Blueboost.in are genuine, and sellers are contractually obligated to list only authentic products. However, manufacturing defects are not covered under this guarantee.
Bank cashback promotions, when available, are governed by the bank’s terms.
Blue Boost reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion due to technical errors, stock issues, pricing inaccuracies, or fraud-related concerns.
Cancellation by the User

Users may request order cancellation before the order is processed. Blue Boost reserves full discretion to accept or reject cancellation requests. If accepted and the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled.
“Bulk Orders” placed for reselling or involving malpractice may be cancelled, and used reward points or promo codes will not be refunded.
Usage Restrictions

Users are prohibited from using the Website for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or abusive activities. Unauthorized access, interference with Website operations, distribution of viruses, infringement of intellectual property, impersonation, and activities threatening national security are strictly forbidden.

Quantity Restrictions

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
To ensure a smooth experience, Blue Boost allows returns of unused and unopened products within 15 days of order placement. Packaging, seals, and labels must remain intact. Reverse pickup charges apply based on location. Refunds for prepaid orders will be reversed to the original payment mode; COD refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
​
Customers must report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by sharing an unboxing video and images at hello@blueboost.in or by calling 9351228476. After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued based on product availability.

Near-Expiry Products
​
Products sold under warehouse/clearance sales at heavy discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable. Expiry dates are clearly displayed on the Website.

Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch, customers may request cancellation and select their refund preference. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment source once cancellation is processed.
